and Unique, Innovative Procedures for Acute and Chronic Pain

Queen Creek, AZ, February 20, 2015 – The Regional Pain Institute, a state-of-the-art multidisciplinary Interventional Pain Management practice offering a full array of the most innovative treatments and procedures to manage pain and debilitating conditions, has opened a Phoenix location. The Phoenix Regional Pain Institute is located at 21321 E. Ocotillo Road in Queen Creek, and is headed by the Regional Pain Institute’s founders, Dr. Kevin Henry and Dr. Glen Feather.

The Regional Pain Institute of Phoenix is part of the Illinois-based Regional Pain Institute, a longtime leader in multidisciplinary interventional pain management founded nearly a decade ago, which has office locations throughout Illinois and is launching practice locations throughout the United States that share a common philosophy, treatment approach and commitment to quality. The opening of the Phoenix Regional Pain Institute marks the Regional Pain Institute’s first location outside of the Illinois area and is the first site for the Institute’s national expansion.

The Phoenix Regional Pain Institute uses the safest and least invasive procedures to effectively treat more than 20 different disorders and diseases. The practice offers a number of state-of-the-art techniques proven to help reduce or eliminate pain, including Spinal Cord Stimulator Implantation, Kyphoplasty, Vertebroplasty, Radiofrequency Ablation, Platelet Rich Plasma Therapy. In addition, the Institute will also be offering SI Bone Fusion – an innovative new technology and a minimally invasive surgical option for patients who have failed non-surgical options for some causes of sacroiliac joint pain. SI Bone fusion is an important new option for minimally invasive treatment of spine issues, and the Phoenix Regional Pain Institute is one of the early adoption sites in pain management medical practices trained to offer this innovative new technology.

“We are excited to be launching our new Phoenix location, and bringing our proven success in helping individuals throughout the region treat and manage a wide range of pain issues and debilitating conditions,” said Dr. Kevin Henry, who founded the Regional Pain Institute’s first location in Peoria, Illinois in 2006 and who has extensive training in Interventional Pain Management including spinal cord stimulation and spinal infusion technology. “Our philosophy is based on using both traditional and non-traditional techniques to provide the most comprehensive management of pain, and we are looking forward to now helping patients in Phoenix through our unique approach to pain management that has been so successful in helping our many patients throughout Illinois best manage pain, as well as improve their range of motion and function.”
