The Pain Institute of Southern Arizona now offers convenient online bill pay through the Patient Portal: myhealthrecord.com.

Before you click on the link to pay, you must first register to receive an invitation via email. To register, contact our Medical Records Department and provide a valid email address. Call 520-318-6035 ext. 2901 to get started on the process.

Once you are registered in the Patient Portal, simply click on the link below and you’ll be walked through the convenient process of paying your bill online.

If you have questions on your bill, contact a Patient Financial Representative at 520-318-66035 ext. 3811.

You will need a smartphone, tablet, laptop or desktop computer. Be sure you have access to a camera, microphone and speaker. Google Chrome, Safari or Firefox is required for the telemedicine visit.

30 minutes prior to your appointment time, simply click the following link to go to the telemedicine waiting room: pisa.doxy.me

Follow these steps:

• You will need to select your clinician’s name in the drop down.
• Enter your name to check into your clinician’s waiting room.
• Enable camera and microphone access.
• Your provider will start the telemedicine appointment momentarily.
• Once you log into the waiting room your provider will see you have signed in. Be mindful we are seeing multiple patients and will be with you shortly.

Laboratory collection hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday. You can stop by any of our locations during those hours. You do not need an appointment.
