Approachable and caring [Vamshi Yelavarthi, MD, MPH]

Recently, I needed my prescription refilled. I was going to be out of state for a couple of months and this particular prescription could not be sent to another state. Fortunately, I had to go back to the Valley for another health appointment and asked if they could expedite the prescription. Now this was after a few phone calls to see about getting the prescription to the state we were staying. Even though, I was only in town for a couple of days and even after a few calls, Regional Pain Institute’s staff made my prescription happen. I drove down to the pharmacy and got my prescription just in time. I am so grateful for Regional’s staff for making my prescription happen so quickly. They all saved the day for me.

The front desk is always amazing at the SanTan location, friendly, smiling faces and the MA whose name forgot me too. Friendly helpful and I always feel well cared for and Dr. Y is just so spot on exceptionally professional and skilled as well as a worm smile and is there to help others with chronic pain.

Definitely recommend it’s different procedures than I’ve ever heard of, but it actually works currently I have no pain in my lower back because it actually took all the nerves out. I won’t go into detail, but Dr. Henry and his staff has been most helpful and professional through out this new process for me.I definitely recommend anybody who are having issues with their spine and back I know where to point.
