Posture training starts with becoming more aware of how you hold your body throughout the day. Keep your head balanced over your shoulders, allow your shoulders to remain relaxed, and avoid staying in one position for long periods. When sitting, aim to keep your back supported and your feet comfortably positioned. When standing, distribute your weight evenly rather than consistently leaning to one side.
Consistency is more important than trying to maintain a perfectly rigid posture. Take regular movement breaks, change positions throughout the day, and incorporate exercises that support the muscles of your core, back, and shoulders. Good posture should feel natural and comfortable—not forced. Small adjustments practiced regularly can make a big difference in how your body feels and moves.
